What is an Account Status Change alert?

• An Algorand address can take three statuses: (1) Online, (2) Offline, and (3) Non-Participating. Online status is required for an account to participate in the consensus mechanism, and accounts may alternate between Online and Offline statuses. If an address ever reaches a Non-participating state, it can never go back to an Online or Offline status and it cannot earn rewards on its balance.

How are account status change alerts triggered?

• Account status change alerts get triggered immediately after an account changes status.

What notifications will I receive?

• You will receive a single email notification per address you are subscribed to for each status change event.

How do I resolve it?

• This is an informational alert, so no resolution is needed.
